Gig Driver Armory is built to help drivers keep their own records—not to turn their workday into someone else’s data product.
THE SHORT VERSION
Core trip, mileage, earnings, expense, receipt, vehicle, and maintenance records live on your device. GDA does not operate a developer-owned cloud-sync system for those records and does not sell your trip data.
The app stores the information you enter, import, scan, or generate: trip and earnings records, expenses, receipt images you choose, vehicle information, local preferences, and optional weather snapshots. These records are not automatically uploaded to Gig Driver Armory.
Exports and encrypted backups are created only when you request them and are saved where you choose. Keep your backup credential safe; GDA cannot recover it for you.
Optional GPS mileage tracking runs only during an active tracked trip and stores cumulative distance rather than route history. Manual mileage remains available as the correction path.
Trip screenshots and receipt images are selected through Android system interfaces. Text recognition is performed on-device; GDA does not upload the images or recognized text for OCR.
Optional weather rounds foreground approximate location to roughly a tenth of a degree and sends it to GDA's WeatherAPI.com relay for current conditions. No trip, earnings, screenshot, receipt, route, customer, or account record accompanies that request. Optional driver-confirmed problem reports send a small sanitized category report to Sentry. No raw crash report, free-form note, trip, route, receipt, screenshot, recognized text, customer detail, or business record is uploaded automatically.
Cloudflare delivers this website. Ordinary web requests necessarily reach Cloudflare with network and technical information such as IP address and browser data. This website does not add its own behavioral analytics or tracking pixels.
The current closed beta is ad-free and fully unlocked. The planned public Core tier may show limited contextual or non-personalized advertising on eligible overview screens. Paid plans remove advertising. Where required, ad consent choices will be shown before ad requests are made.
Google Play processes purchases and subscription management under its own policies. GDA does not sell your trip records to advertisers.
You can delete supported records within GDA. To erase all local GDA data, use Android Settings > Apps > Gig Driver Armory > Storage > Clear storage, or uninstall the app. Delete exported files and backups separately from the place where you saved them.
